PAYMENT METHODS

  1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Subject to device, browser, location, and payment-provider availability, VEYLUNORA currently supports:

• American Express

• Apple Pay

• Diners Club

• Discover

• Google Pay

• Mastercard

• PayPal

• Shop Pay

• Visa

Only payment methods displayed as available during checkout can be used for an order.

  1. CURRENCY

Prices and charges are processed in United States dollars unless checkout expressly shows otherwise.

If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion rates or additional fees. VEYLUNORA does not control these charges.

  1. SECURE CHECKOUT

Payments are processed through Shopify Checkout and the payment provider selected by the customer.

VEYLUNORA does not directly store complete payment card numbers.

Shopify and the applicable payment providers use their own payment-security and fraud-prevention systems.

  1. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

When an order is submitted, the payment provider may authorize or place a temporary hold for the purchase amount.

An order is not accepted until payment has been authorized and fulfillment has been confirmed.

If payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may not be processed.

We may request additional verification or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, correct an error, or comply with legal requirements.

If a canceled order has already been charged, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.

  1. BILLING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for using a payment method they are authorized to use.

Incorrect billing information may cause a payment to be declined or an order to be delayed.

  1. TAXES AND TOTAL CHARGES

Applicable taxes and optional charges are calculated and displayed before the order is submitted.

Customers should review the final order total before completing payment.

  1. REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return Policy.

After VEYLUNORA processes a refund, the payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Refunds cannot be redirected to a different card, bank account, or payment method.

For security reasons, do not send complete payment card numbers, passwords, or security codes by email.
